Refunds & Returns Policy
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of the products listed on the website. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s or electronic device display of any color will be accurate.
We do not warrant that the quality of any product or information will meet your expectations. Please check the size, color, quantity, recipient, shipping address and other information carefully before payment. Once the order is generated, it cannot be changed easily.
If you’re not absolutely in love with your purchase then by all means send it back for a return within 5 days of delivery (Please check the Non-Exchangeable Items listed below). You simply need to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate the return.
All orders paid will be refunded to your method of payment account.
Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them and if the item(s) are found in their original condition, we will process the refund.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges, including for those shipments refused at delivery.
All items must be unworn, unwashed with tags attached. Where provided, original packaging, sealed packaging in original state, authenticity cards and dust bags should be included with your items. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to accept items that don’t meet these criteria or are non-exchangeable. We reserve the right to refuse, at our own discretion, an exchange if we feel that the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage whereby the item will be sent back to the customer.
Non-Exchangeable Items are:
- Used, damaged or tagless items
- Head Turbans
- Outlet Products
- All accessory items (including magnetic accessories)
A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request.
You should contact us on email@example.com once you decide to cancel the order. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.
